Indoor football training drills for players that can grow skill set to play better


Touch football training drills constitute an important part of indoor training regimen followed for American football. This game is a little bit different from normal football. However, in spite of being different this format is fairly interesting. The game is normally played between two teams that are allowed to have 11 players each.
